In addition to the buyer resources box on the right side, I also have a good network of contractors who I have used before, and are reliable.  Many are already approved vendors in our office.  This includes home inspection firms, radon mitigation contractors, water treatment specialists, septic system experts, home warranty companies, mortgage/lending resources, title companies, and other home repair contractors, such as electricians, etc .  While you are free to choose your own, I can suggest these sources for reference as you shop around.
