But how do you know you can trust an agent you have never met? I mean, aren't realtors just a "dime a dozen?" They don't have the greatest reputation....just above used car salesmen!
Simply by interviewing an agent, and reviewing their track records and references.  Listen to what they say and HOW they say it.  They should talk to YOU about 10+ service (which has to include responsiveness), asking what YOU expect from them, telling YOU about market conditions, activity rates, absorption rates, going over what the 7 factors are that influence the sale of a home, and much more.  They should listen to YOU and your needs.  Whether they are new agents, or experienced, if they aren't talking 10+ service to YOU, and how they are going to make that happen, you might want to look elsewhere.
